Replanting is not illegal. Crow Hopping is. While crow hoping usually involves a replant, "replanting" by itself does not make it a crow hop.
NFHS Umpire training video.
Bigger jump (pun intended) from 17 to 18Thanks for the clarity.
Here's a full look:
2016: 164K/107.1 IP = 1.53 * 7 = 10.72 Ks per 7 innings
2017: 359K/193.2 IP = 1.86 * 7 = 13.00
2018: 10.59
2019: 8.73
Something happened in 2019.
Thanks for the clarity.

According to this NFHS video, she crow hops every pitch because her hands do not separate until she is well removed from the pitcher's plate. "When a pitcher is starting in front of the plate, and not on it, a crow hop has occurred".

I didn't post that..I am just here to piss off @ShilohHard to tell from your picture, but her hands are separated, and she is not that far off the pitchers plate. See below for side view, where she is CLEARLY airborne, but hands are separate. The "Hesitation" or "Hitch" in the motion, is what gives the crow hop away. In the NFHS video, the man is basically starting his arm circle after landing (establishing a second impetus), Jordan's motion is continuous, with no hitch or pause. She leaps, but not a crow hop.

Extremely difficult for most to make this distinction especially in live time.Hard to tell from your picture, but her hands are separated, and she is not that far off the pitchers plate.
