warning about bungees, replace every year or so.
I use a bungee to secure crap (canopy mostly) in/on top of folding wagon. couple of weeks ago, had some ligh to moderate winds, and of course stakes and ropes for canopy are long gone, so was using bungee to hold canopy down by fastening it to wagon with small cooler in it.
larger gust of wind, bungees snapped, got DW on the arm (think she threw arm up in front of face thank god), pretty thick bungee as well, left several large welts on her arm (much better than in face or eye though). looking in retrospect, was pretty sun faded, so probably should have been tossed.
inspect and if in doubt, toss em. cheap enough, and they can do some serious damage (honestly, based on welts on DWs arm, suprised they did not break skin)
