Best way to get off first on a steal

We were taught at a coaching clininc to use the rocker lead and when the pitcher brings her stride foot up, for the base runner to start her back foot out of the rocker lead. We taught it to our lead off batter a few weeks back and she has taken to it very well. She has not been called for leaving early yet but almost every coach we have played against has asked. Maybe now I'll film it and see. I do agree though that any of the girls not doing it correct are leaving way too late out of the rocker.
