No idea what that bat is in the first thread as I don't care enough about them to put them in my already limited memory but..

Measure her shoulder width and then double it for the bat length. 16" shoulders = 32" bat. And I agree with everyone, drop 10 is the way to go, a 32/22 bat is probably where I'd focus for her right now, unless she's some kind of beast!

She’s not a beast lol. I took her to swing some bats and she said a 33/23 was too heavy and felt best with the 32/22.

Definitely go for a -10 - she's robbing herself of power swinging the lighter bat.

I also agree with probably not going up to a 33". We're 14U, and only one girl is swinging a 33 or 34. And she probably has a few inches and 20lbs on your daughter.

Lastly - don't buy her a bat to grow into - buy her a bat that's right for her now. (or for whenever she gets out of her cast?)

Ya. Fractured ankle since December. She will be out in an week or so. Thank god lol.

Haven't found one of these places in my 15 years as a softball dad
The Dick’s Sporting Goods near me has a cage now. I was just there buying DD the same bay she’s had that she broke 3 days before her first game of her final college season.
