I had my DD do a progression drill as part of her session last night. Any suggestions of changes needed for the progression. I'm trying to teach more of sequence.
She is reaching with her front leg on the first two strides.
Yeah, when she actually swung at the ball it was better.I thought so to. Typically when she goes through her normal stance load etc. she doesn't seemed to do that.
Ride the backside slowly forward to a 50/50 balance! Slow down!!!
