Our dd's are similar in size... mine is 5'8"& 140#... she is still getting used to her new frame ( major growth spurt this year) we are currently swinging a RT and a stealth, both are 33/24. IMO she should swing the heaviest bat she can without altering mechanics or bat speed. Coming into your off season let her do all of her slow motion tee work with an old and heavy slow pitch bat just to build some strength. Then the 33/24 will seem light to her in the spring.
