WA 10u LL coach here

Hailing from around the sunny Seattle area. Coached a couple seasons of T-Ball before coming back this spring and now have 3 softball teams under my belt (Spring LL, 8/9/10 All Stars, Fall LL). I'm always looking to improve my coaching and look for ways to help players improve their fundamentals. I've seen a fair bit of interesting drills here already. Spring season isn't too far away


Daughter is a pretty good player, C/1B/RF - she likes to look for walks but when she gets a hold of it she can hit it (I took a line drive to the jaw and would rather not do that again). Has some good buy in to do some winter training

At that age if the ball was in same zip code as she was located she swung the bat. We reined it in when she got older.
