To improve a league, does it start by revamping T-ball?

The more you have watered down rules and form of play, the more good players will leave for something more competitive.

There has to be a balance, just have to find yours. You probably wont retain the really good players in T-ball, etc so you might be better off focusing on improving the average ones abilities.

Every coach in this program has a binder instructing them on how to teach these skills the same way, so there is no breaking from procedure.

3'sDad, any chance there's an extra copy of the binder laying around? DD plays out of North Edison and Westfield.

T-ball goes to under 10s in Australia (though you can play mod-ball which is under 12s and has the smaller ball) Of course WA takes it to the extreme and has it go to U'15s (I wish I was joking)

I think U6s is too young for real softball. T-ball is perfect for them at that age, but you need to get them into real softball quickly.
