I buy 2 for every pitcher on my team when the new year begins. I've learned the easiest way to get the pitchers to use them is wait until it's raining. Go out to the circle and give them one then tell them to use it. Next thing you know, the other pitchers are asking what you just gave the one because they want one. Then you mention that it's really good for early morning games when dew is covering the grass also. Next thing you know, they're using them quite a bit; even when it's not wet out.
