stolen base question

The wild pitch/passed ball decision is generally easy for me. If the runner was attempting a steal as the pitcher is releasing the ball and the pitch is not caught by the catcher, I still rule that a stolen base and no wild pitch or passed ball. If the batter is not going, then the basic question is whether the ball could have been caught in the air by the catcher. If it's in the dirt, it's a wild pitch.
