A checkpoint to see if your swing is ‘good’ is what are the results when a hitter isn’t on time? Once again I’ll use Stan. Very early here.
Shifts then swings. Some things die hard. 😆

DRD she looks powerful, short and adjustable. Great job Mak!

What if you don’t try to do any of that and just fire? Do you feel as if she didn’t get a good load?

I think her sequence is bit rushed. Instead having a distinct coil n stretch.

As RDbass said, she weight shifts which is bit rushed.

She may start a little to early for the slow pitching but her movement pattern (dead legs until needed) is very adjustable.

shawn,

with all due respect. I think you’re looking for style as absolutes. Some load quickly, some more deliberate.

And you know how I feel about shift THEN swing...it’s absolutely necessary if you want to be adjustable. Every good hitter gets to their front side when adjusting. Or shifts weight THEN swings during an adjustment.

Stop looking at BP HR swings. Bc just like the pros, it will mess up your swing and judgement. 😜
