The difference in Trout and my swing is he holds the hinge angle as the swing is initiated. He has a deep lag position like my swing.

So HOW does one get into the ground to create GRF w/o compensation? With the legs? With the feet? With posture? I do not think those are correct.

Just like you(TD) claim ''best allow there hands to be pulled by the core down to the ball''....
I'm guessing neither I've you have spoken to Trout.....so, you both are making CLAIMS.
