Shea, first welcome.

Here is my advice for getting the word out:

(1) Improve your "signature" in your profile. Include your name, your experience, and where people can get a hold of you--a web address, the name of the softball academy...I wouldn't put your personal email or phone number in it.
(2) Participate in the forums. Answer a couple of posts each day and let people know what you think. There is the old saw about "giving back to softball." In that way, you are giving back AND you are advertising your services through your profile signature.

And, by the way, what is a Cal Poly SLO?
