How does your team/organization handle end of the year school testing versus out of town showcases & tournaments ?

Do you not travel until after all tests are done ? or Do the girls just learn to study on the road ?

School Softball doesn't end until 1 June in my area and school ends around the 10th so most testing is completed in May and doesn't affect our travel teams much.
