This is one discussion i have never seen before, so in this association that is the rule, in what other rule books does this same issue hold true in, MLB, or what ever group you want to put it in, if you were swinging at an outside pitch, and the umpire says your hands on the bat were in the vertical strike zone, and you did not swing, you were spinning away, but were hit,, little league, babe ruth, legion, high school, high school fast pitch , where is it different? specify rule numbers please
