My dd is with a new hitting coach who says no stride. Just a simple tap or small step for timing. Does work and keeps it simple.
I can't remember if I posted this swing. He hit this one over the left/center fence. He hit .314 last year, although he struck out 121 times. Seems high for a no stride hitter.
Yes and that's very important.. but you don't need a foot tap, a stride etc to establish rhythm/timing.No stride but he does have a foot tap...something to keep rhythm.
