More obstruction

I've covered the proper ruling and interpretation for SOFTBALL about three times now.

You either don't or refuse to get it.

I'm done beating my head against the wall.

I get it just fine. I can read English.

It says that the ball stays live, and you wait until all play ceases and then award bases they would have reached had there been no obstruction. All of my rulings in my example plays follow that simple sentence.

If you're telling me that in the MLB example play, that you would not award third if she was thrown out on a close play. Then I flat say you're wrong.

The rule CLEARLY states that you give the base they would have reached had there been no obstruction. She would have reached third in that example.

Why do you think they tell you to keep the ball live and wait? You have to see the whole play.
