I like Pork better..(that came out wrong..)
Halo halo is the bomb! Ruzon's has a very good basic one. Aristocrats in Manila is the best I had. Like you, my wife is Filipina. My 1/2 Filipina daughter is a 15-year old pitcher who bats righty and lefty. She is almost 5'4".
I prefer Pork Adobo as well. No diniguan for me though.
