I haven't seen this before and I don't know what that "pipe" is, but I need lots of range of motion exercises and I can see this being integrated into training for softball.

I had a hard time ignoring this guy's shoes. They are those walking slippers with the rubber, separated toes. I hope that I don't have to wear those, just to do the exercises.:cool:

I can see it being used at the college level. There's way too many dangerous movements in that routine that need to be taught correctly. Done incorrectly they can cause some serious back/shoulder damage, so I'd steer clear of it for any organization that does not have a personal trainer.

Ah! That makes much more sense then. I hate kettle bells, my trainer loves them, which is probably why I hate them ;/ They kick my butt. They are a great tools though for flexibility and strength.

You should wear the shoes and get your ninja on. ;)
