DD had a bad habit of throwing a ball with her elbow tucked next to her side. I wasn't aware it was a problem until someone made me aware of it. We worked on proper throwing mechanics and since fall she has been throwing fine. Last tournament I begin to see the elbow low and throws weak. I mentioned it to her and she said "I know, I know". How are we going to fix this? It's frustrating because she is a catcher on her rec team and I'm seeing it in practice now. '99 12U. Oh yeah, that sweatshirt was off the remainder of the tournament.
