Do you know about kinesiology tape?

Cat Osterman relies on these treatments to keep her going and I have been interested in it, for some time. I am thinking about ordering some or getting a book about it.

I do see runners wearing the tape from time to time.

My daughter has used it and likes it. There is an insert that comes with it that has applications for various muscle groups. Their website also has videos for various joints as well.

I bought some (softball yellow) at Sport's Authority, yesterday. The sales lady said that a member of UofA's softball team, swears by it. Now, I am just waiting to get hurt.
