Ball Players Balm - Bat Tack, Legal in fastpitch?

Got a tube of bat tack with the glove cleaning kit from Ball player's Balm. Question, is Bat Tack legal to use on the bat grip in softball?

You can pretty much use whatever you want on the grip.

You cannot apply anything to the taper or barrel.
