She's pretty good for a nine year old but some pretty low level competition she is playing with and against. Some of these private Christian School leagues are great for the kids but don't compare much to public high school or AAU. She's still impressive but she wouldn't see the floor at her size at a public high school in Florida.

IIRC my friends had their kid in AAU when she was 10, I know for sure there were options for my son at that age.

DD played from 7 yrs old on up till.... 8u played full court on 8' baskets.

Yeah, in my mind she could play up as old as about 12 without much risk of damage. Hard to imagine they couldn't find a competitive place to play within the 3 year span, but what do I know.
