Way past gone
We are 10U. We start at 10 when we come off a break. We build to 11, then to 12, then 13, then 14, then 15. We only do puch ups as strength training mizxed in with running and stretching. I feel it is a way to build strength without weights. At a young ages weights need to be monitered by a pro or you can do long term damage. Expecially with girls 8-12 whose joints and ligaments are not completely developed and growing a lot. I suppose at your age you could build to 20 over time. Each girl will struggle with a different number. Build each one up at their own pace based on teaching them to do them right.
