What does your DD/Player do to improve?
I have a DD who is going to be a sophomore in HS next year and just came off of her freshman season and in going into her travel ball season soon. Pitching Workouts
I've found all kinds of posts on pitch counts, but every one I found was related to "Game" counts, primarily focused on tournament play with a pitcher throwing multiple games per day/weekend.
