I just don't understand this rule anymore. I can see no necklaces or hoop earings but it seems we are taking this way too far. The rule includes benign things like a string friendship bracelts or "live strong" type bands. What does this rule really do? It was my understanding initially it...
Does anyone have a sample or template of a player profile they've used and liked? Looking to create a one-pager of each player, saw some in the past but don't remember all the specifics they put on the document.
thanks,
Tom
I did a quick search of the threads and didn't see a direct answer to my question so if it's out there I apologize.
What is the pitching distance for 14U for 2011? I assume all sanctions will be the same but if there different please call that out as well.
Thanks,
Tom
Bases loaded, girl hits ball over the fence for a HR (Grandslam). Runner on 1st catches up but doesn't pass the runner who started on 2nd base. While running the bases the R1 pats R2 on the back in a celebration. Both continue to round bases never passing each other.
Is that legal? I know...
Here's the situation. I coach the 14U team, there's a player on the 16U team that's 14U eligible and her team is made up of mostly high school players. As of now she doesn't have a team ( cause all the HS kids can't play until June) so she is going to play down with us.
Here's the question...
I've done a quick search but couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for. Is there a standard for pitching signs and location signs? Is there a chart that anyone uses for locations? Do you typically call the pitch first and location 2nd?
