I reposted your video on super slow mo, and frame by frame. I noted swiming with glove, and that the landing leg had all the energy. I went to frame by frame to see just how fast that leg was. I would try getting that slowed down by making more of a turn to the 45 degree in the kick...I think the swim is just for more balance. I have my kids point at the catcher,and finish by holding to the umpires head. This is a bloc and keeps from needing the mask. I hope the slow mo will help you get more comments from the pros :{)
