I have problems with swinging through, so how can i change it where i swing all the way through? Also, when i hit it goes to pitcher, 2nd base, or first base. How can i make it go out in the outfeild where i can get a base or more?

Of course there are drills you can do to improve your power, but if you lack the functional strength to perform these drills correctly, then you will potentially develop bad habits in your swing and/or increase the risk of injury. Seek the assistance of a fitness professional to help develop your functional strength in order to increase the efficiency of your swing and maximize your bat speed at contact. As athletes, we often get away with being athletes and can complete a task around or in spite of our limitations. These limitations include strength, flexibility, balance, and stability. When addressed, they will naturally allow your body to become more efficient in it's movements and your swing will improve. (of course this is in addition to consistent tee work)
