Bought a xeno in April, replaced in June, cracked again in August.
The replacement bat sent in June was stamped with an R on the end cap, which means the replacement bat, however defective, is no longer eligible for a warranty:
Louisville Slugger 24-hour Bat Return Form
What this means is the one-year warranty is no such thing, rather it means this.
For $250 you get two chances for them to find you a bat that is not defective in less than one year. If they fail twice to provide a durable bat, they are free to keep the cash, as far as they are concerned.
I've essentially rented two defective bats for about $125 a month. Being an adult I'm sure I should have realized this from reading their warranty, but I certainly did not.
Keep this in mind before buying any of their products.
I'm still hoping to return the thing for a refund, maybe the good folks at Visa will help here, but I'm appalled at what is considered standing behind "the bat that wrote the history of the game".
