I prefer your shoulders to stop at around 45 to 35 degrees. It appears her upper body turns completely to the catcher. Some teach that but I don’t think that’s optimal.

Yes she uses her shoulder to much,

I with post a shot behind the catcher. That shows rotations better than the side view.

This is one flaw which I think is leading another. She is still winding up while shifting to the drive foot/leg, the arm is still going back. Even though I don’t know for sure if these two frame rates are identical, it’s very telling.

Her goal is to be pitching 58 this year. I think she can do it and maybe even higher. Speed isn’t the only answer, she has a lights out curve, decent rise, change up and working on the drop. Her curve is likely the cause of closing up more.

Yes this is a rise so you stay more open. Maxwell stays open. I don’t think she is really tall. It’s kinda o matter of what they do personally. Yes I would like to see less,
