Total Control Sports Balls

I was wanting to know if hitting the Total Control Sports Balls is ok for the new composite bats. I just got mine and my daughter has a new Synge that she has been using.

Been using them with mutli teams for 2 years with no issues. Just stay away from the larger ones.

I agree. You are fine, if they are the small ones. I don't think that the large ones would hurt the bats, just maybe the wrists.

They will not hurt the bats unless you are throwing them at pretty high speeds. The balls are heavy but are not hard. We really don't use our good bats for drills but many teams do.
