UK did have a runner step off in the top of the 8th, to move it along. They had a 3:30 drop set because of flights. Texas did 2 runner subs, had a girl ask for contact solution, and take extra pitches in the bottom of the inning. They were 1 strike away from it during the last runner sub, and time expired.
