OK "hypotethical" say you have a Commissioner (that also runs a softball side business Tournaments/Tee Shirts ect) he gives himself 7 very large tournaments to be the TD under his softball business. Wouldn't that be considered conflict of interest or at least unethical? Not to mention telling other venues that hold tournaments that they have to sell his T-Shirts.
