We do a lot of the energy balls that were mentioned above, fresh fruit, applesauce pouches, pretzels, hardboiled eggs, string cheese, pickles, overnight oats. My daughter mostly likes finger foods she can nibble on unless there's a huge gap in time, then she'll have a turkey sandwich or chicken ceaser wrap.
