Girls or Ladies

At what age do we say “Ladies”? Meaning at what age do we stop saying “Girls”?

it's always "ladies", at least for me.

I use both but have never cared to be politically correct. The baseball players I coached were both boys and young men.

I call my t-ballers 'ladies' but then I am more used to coaching the HS ages so that may just be habit.
