There are a lot of books out there about coaching. It is really a personal approach that matters in every game. The technical knowhow, the mechanics of the game, the intensity of the players do count. But more often than not its the inspiration, the motivation of the coach that spells the difference between winning and losing. This is specially true in team sports like softball, football, basketball. Coaching is a task not really that easy but I get high whenever my team wins. Of course it not all about winning. There are times when my team loses and I get blamed. My team of 10 girls, mostly 10-12 year olds is quite easy to handle. Well,maybe because its only a part of company team building. Still, I enjoy it.
