Backswing is good just don't try to loop it while coming out of it.

First moving ball in decades.
Plane and connection scored very high, batspeed not so much.
More work to be done. Took to much time off from swinging.edit: obviously hit the low one very deep.

I’ll repeat this once again.
In space there is no up or down. If you were hitting a pitched ball in space you simple intercept the space that the ball occupies.
On earth and my two 3D swings, there is a down and a up with the same spot you intercepted swinging in space. The 3D swings show this rather nicely.

I forgot my phone tripod. So the only tripod I had was for the Persnal pitcher. I only collected the metrics. Since the batspeed and time to contact was way off on the low pitch, I probably didn’t hit that one well. Although the swing plane and connection metrics were good.
