Been gone from coaching for about 7 years but was hired to coach a JV team . I was wondering if anybody had advice for getting ready for a new season . I want to be prepared as possible and was looking for some sort of refresher tutorials to watch in terms of pitching batting throwing mechanics.

Im a pitcher at my school. I made varsity my freshmen year and was starting pitcher. My sophomore year wasn't the best though. I tore my ACL. I was pretty devastated. I had my surgery in Feb and 6 months of rehab following after my surgery. Its been difficult and honestly its been pretty hard to get back on my feet. And to get back to where I left off. I feel like my pitching is slower. I tend to make mistakes that I wouldn't usually make. Im starting to get more frustrated with myself. What more can I do to get myself back to where I left off? Any advise?
