Middle School Softball Pitching advice.

My new concern is just the simple fact that it is tough to beat a team twice or three times a season, but to beat them five times? Ugh...just puts a knot in my stomach that this is something I am thinking about. With a bounce or two the wrong way. Is there something to that? If we beat them four times, should I be worried about that? Gonna pitch my #1 and just let it play out.

I think it goes the other way. The more times in a row you best a team, the more likely it is that you're a better team, and by a bigger margin. If you beat them 4 in a row it is more likely that you are better than them than if you split the games. So it's more likely you'll win the next game.

Of course you can't take anything for granted because the better team doesn't always win.
