Just found out that our HS team uses this. I have been looking through the program and I noticed some strange things. For one, pitcher gets the 1st batter 6-3, then a walk, a FC 6-4 (Gets the out at 2nd), Single to LF runners move up a base, W/P runners move up to 2nd & 3rd, E-5 run scores. From there a trainwreck opposing team scores 5 runs in that inning.
Now from what I had understood, the E-5 would have been the final out of the inning so all runs from that point are unearned. On the program it gave 3 unearned runs. Am I mistaken, or is whoever doing the scoring/program wrong?
The team is doing subpar and stats (era) is THE only thing positive to use
