You can look back to some of my angst about my DD and her first throws and first scrimmage etc. and excitement about her first strikeout. She started about 8 weeks ago.

Come a long way in such a short time.

Thanks to a tincherpitching.com Denny Tincher certified instructor and the help from the IR folks here to get her started before we got her a coach. If you ever need a pitching instructor in Hampton Roads VA area, PM me for info.

Much work to do. She got injured stealing third...on crutches for a bit.

I like Denny. Went to see him in Roanoke when we were there. We have a few Tincher certified instructors up here in NoVa and I like one of them a lot. Use her for hitting though.

Are they teaching close-open-close hip action or straight to the catcher? I had heard they changed their mode of thinking on this.
