FP or BB, hitting, throwing, and fielding are the same! Have a ball and make sure to get lots of pix for posterity!
Explain 4 seam grip. I have 14 YOs, show up that don't know the basic grip. And remember that throwing =s hitting. This time through with my DGD, I am going to practice long throws. (i.e. Austin Wasserman's program or Allen Jeagar.)
