Batting cage

Looking at setting up a batting cage for my 9yo DD. I am considering either a 40+ footer behind my shop or a 24-footer in my shop, which would you prefer? We have a Heater softball pitching machine for softballs. Shop has fans but no ac. Outside is well, outside. What do y'all think and why? I am really leaning towards the 24' inside.

Inside is much better. Finding a place to hit in the inclement weather was always a pain in the butt.
