I have been there, tell her she can cry all she wants but she isnt going to cry on the field because it takes her and some others out of the game or disrupts practice, and if you are going to cry you are going to do something productive while your crying so when you want to cry just start running laps and keep running as long as you want to cry, when you are ready to stop come on back...She will stop crying or be in great shape...
