3 Essential hitting drills for non-Rec 10U

your thoughts on what you would consider to be the 3 essential hitting drills for 10u.....thanks

I don't know about drills but when I occasionally work with a player that young I focus on grip, stance and posture. Typically I see kids with a bad grip due to someone telling them to get the back elbow up and weight stacked on the back foot because someone told them to get their weight back. Then there's the kids with severe bat drag because someone had them hit off a high tee, with little or no instruction.
