Parent "Why do you make my daughter pitch, she crys if she loses when we get home"
ME "That makes her my toughest pitcher, the others all cry while still in the circle."
Parent "Why doesn't my kid play SS?"
ME "I rotate players throught he infield, she will play SS but not every game."
later that week, Player "Why are you putting me at SS, I hate SS!"
Just be consistant and don't appease or punish based on parental requests.
