Sprinting mental block on the bases
Hello! I coach 10u and have a player that has a mental block turning up the speed on the base paths. Her form is more of a jog than a sprint which she is working on. Getting out of the batters box quickly
Work with my twins on speed out of the batters box. Does anyone have any slow mo videos of the "perfect bat drop" as the hitter releases the bat and strides to first? Do you prefer a quick shuffle step or more of a strong pushoff and longer stride? Thanks for any input! Moe- moe

interference or obstruction?
Runners on first and second. Batted ball is hit directly to the short stop, who is standing a few steps behind the baseline. SS promptly charges the ball and is fielding the ball basically right in the base line and is steamrolled by the advancing runner.... what's the call?- coach james
