I have a player that during tee work and front toss she has a great swing and stays on the ball at contact. During games it all changes and her hands drop and her swing becomes long and loopy as she misses underneath the ball at least 4-6 inches. I have developed great hitters but I am lost...
Just need some advice on what everyone does for their Pitching Practices. I know in a game you might not need all your pitches but you should at least know how to pitch them all. Right now we do:

Fastball...
Both of my teams pitchers throw a real nice curveball and was thinking about trying to get them to throw a back door curve but have no idea how to throw it. Anyone know???? I want to keep them with 2-3 real good pitches and I like this pitch rather than a screwball as you don't see the...

I am the coach of a very competitive U10 team and was thinking about moving up in league play and play in the U12 division. I still want to take them to U10 tournaments but need competition in our league. Do you think changing balls back and fourth would matter? Expecially pitching?
Thanks for the video. She throws about 40mph now and is pretty accurate at hitting all of her spots so this should help increasing those things. So work on??
Staying on the power line which will fix most of her bad habits.
More push off with her back foot.
