My daughter's coach catches her part of the time and part of the time I catch. Just depends on what they are working on at any given time. I probably catch most of the full pitch and walk through stuff. With her old coach I did all the catching.
We worked on this some, don't know if anything has really changed. It looks a little different. Not sure how I feel about it, LOL
What do you all think? Here is an update from yesterday.

Thanks for the insight all. That all makes sense. Possibly something we can look at after the summer travel season, that and firming up her upper half on her front side resistance.
Well, here is my first attempt to add a video. This video is on turf, so it might not be the best example.
I guess she is getting out there about 6 feet, and she is only 5'6", so maybe I am making a deal about nothing, idk

This is fine tuning. She throws about 60mph give or take. Her front side resistance needs to improve from the waist up and I am not thrilled with the finish of her arm. She is pretty solid.

I am pretty sure (99%) that they aren't supposed to lose contact on the rock back. I know they can rock back as long as the foot (heel) stays in contact, then the toe comes back into contact with the rubber as they deliver. That is what my daughter does.
But lots of things doesn't get called...
First time posting, long time reader. I have learned tons of information from this site. My answer is probably somewhere on here, I just probably haven't found the correct terms to type into the search.
So my DD has a really heavy drag foot. She digs out a serious trench when she pitches...
