So, for those interested in how this bat compares to the CF…I picked up a 31/21 Meta for my daughter, who currently swings a 31/21 CF. We’ll spend a week or so breaking in the Meta and will get EV numbers from Hit Trax. Attached is a picture of the barrels side by side.

How does the Meta sound on contact in comparison to the LXT? I’d like to pick one up for my daughter but she can’t stand the sound of the LXT and won’t swing it if it’s the same….
Thanks guys. She has an H-Web now. I was thinking a trap would be best for outfield and after your replies I think I’m on the right track. Maybe I'll just see how it goes before I get her a trap. Do you think a 12” is acceptable? Or is 12.5 more typical for OF?

My daughter is 12 playing 14u travel. She's small, 4'9" and 75 lbs after a good dinner. She's primarily played 2nd base since day one. Currently transitioning from a Vinci RV1923-22 H-Web to a Pro 44 11.75" H-Web. The Vinci was my wife's "just for fun" glove that my daughter commandeered...
Not sure how old your daughter is. I have a 15 year old that pitches. I bought a stall mat, painted a nice centerline, and used a nail down rubber. Everything stays in place and it has worked well so far.
My wife and I started and ran a local rec league for several years. We have passed that on and now have a 15 yo daughter (pitcher) playing high school ball, and a 12 yo (2nd, OF) daughter playing 14u travel. Here for the info and occasional advice...
